What We Collect
When you create an account:
We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide one, your name. Your password is never stored in plain text. It is protected using an irreversible password hash.
When you place an order:
We collect information about the product purchased, the price, and any information required to fulfil the order, such as a player ID, user ID, account region, or server. We retain this information as part of the transaction record and to confirm what was purchased and delivered.
When you make a payment:
We may record the payment amount, blockchain network, wallet-related transaction information, and blockchain transaction used to match your payment or account top-up. We do not have access to and do not store your wallet's private keys or seed phrases.
Automatically:
We may collect your IP address, browser information, and relevant security information during sign-in and other sensitive account actions. This information is used to detect unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and other security threats.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers, government-issued identification documents, or special categories of personal data through our standard services.
Why We Use Your Information
We process personal data where necessary:
- To provide our services and fulfil your orders — including processing transactions, delivering products, and maintaining transaction records.
- To protect Sell4Gamers and its users — including preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations — including applicable accounting, financial, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
- To provide customer support — including investigating order issues, responding to requests, and resolving disputes.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising.
Who Else May Receive Your Information
We only share personal data when it is reasonably necessary to operate and provide our services.
Order fulfilment providers:
To complete an order, we may provide the information required for fulfilment — such as a player ID, user ID, region, or server — to the provider responsible for delivering the relevant product. We only provide information necessary to process the order.
Payment service providers:
Our payment infrastructure or payment providers may process information such as the payment amount, blockchain network, wallet address, and blockchain transaction information where necessary to process or verify a payment.
Email service providers:
Our email provider processes your email address and the content of transactional or support-related messages sent through our service.
Hosting and infrastructure providers:
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may store or process website and account data on our behalf as necessary to operate Sell4Gamers.
Service providers are given access only to information reasonably necessary to perform their respective services.
Cookies
Sell4Gamers uses a limited number of cookies necessary to operate and secure the website.
These may include:
- a session cookie to keep you signed in;
- a security cookie to protect forms and requests against security attacks; and
- a theme cookie to remember interface preferences such as light or dark mode.
These cookies are used for functionality and security rather than advertising.
We currently do not use advertising, behavioural tracking, or analytics cookies.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Account information is generally retained for as long as your Sell4Gamers account remains active.
Order and payment records may be retained for the period necessary to comply with applicable accounting, tax, financial, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
Security and sign-in records are retained only for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security and fraud prevention and are subsequently deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
When information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, and there is no legal requirement to retain it, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
Your Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have the right to ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- delete your personal data where applicable;
- provide certain personal data in a portable format;
- restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data; and
- provide information about how your personal data is processed.

Deleting your Sell4Gamers account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all information. Certain transaction, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other records may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. Such information will only be retained for the purposes for which retention is necessary.
If you believe your personal data has been handled improperly, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority applicable to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data.
These measures include:
- password hashing using Argon2;
- encrypted connections through HTTPS;
- role-based restrictions for administrative access;
- audit logging for relevant administrative and security actions; and
- security monitoring intended to detect unauthorized access and abuse.
However, no internet service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
If a personal data breach occurs that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users and/or the relevant authorities as required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
Material changes will be announced through Sell4Gamers or another appropriate communication method.
